We're looking for a strategic digital marketing advisor with proven experience generating high-ticket leads (project values between $30,000 to $90,000). This is not an executional media buyer role—we need someone to guide the strategy, audit existing efforts, and outline the roadmap to improve lead quality from day one.

You won't be expected to be online every day or manage daily operations. What we need is clear direction, strategic insight, and actionable planning based on what’s already working in high-ticket service industries.

What we’re looking for:

Someone with tested strategies for short, medium, and long-term lead generation

Experience with high-ticket lead funnels (construction, real estate, premium services, etc.)

Ability to audit and redirect Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns toward better quality leads

Strong understanding of buyer personas and how to attract the right client

Minimal time commitment, but maximum clarity, leadership, and impact

Performance is measured by lead quality, not volume or sales

Immediate hiring

Remote, flexible schedule

Advisory role – not hands-on execution

Monthly budget: up to $300 (flexible depending on experience and value)
