We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing specialist to develop a full-funnel KPI and cost simulation for paid advertising campaigns in Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This project is for strategic planning purposes, and the estimates must be realistic and data-backed. The analysis must include cpm, cpc, ctr, cpl, cost per qualified contact, cost per visit, cpa (main conversion action), and conversion rates for each stage of the funnel. We require a complete funnel model - not isolated cpc or cpl benchmarks. The study must be delivered separately for each market (Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai and Abu Dhabi). If UAE-wide data is used, Dubai and Abu Dhabi must be clearly differentiated and justified. The minimum platforms to be analyzed are Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads (if applicable), and LinkedIn Ads (if B2B relevant). All estimates must clearly state data sources, assumptions, and methodology. Proposals without technical justification will not be considered. Deliverables include a structured Google Sheets file with separate tabs per country and scenario modeling (Conservative / Realistic / Aggressive), a 1-3 page executive summary, and a document outlining methodology and sources. Experience in uae or gcc markets is a strong advantage.
