Talent Scout for Instagram Outreach - Identify and Refer Digital Creators

We are seeking remote Talent Scouts to identify models, influencers, and digital creators on Instagram and refer them to our management team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social media and talent discovery.

Responsibilities:
* Find potential creators on Instagram
* Send respectful DMs using our provided messaging scripts
* Start conversations and gauge interest
* Refer interested creators to our team for onboarding

Compensation for this role is performance-based, with earnings tied to successful creator referrals. We offer transparent tracking of referrals and reliable payouts, with no cap on potential earnings.

Requirements:
* Comfortable using Instagram daily
* Able to initiate conversations confidently
* Organized and reliable with follow-ups
* Experience in outreach, sales, or recruiting is a plus but not required

Training: All scouts receive step-by-step onboarding and access to proven messaging templates to ensure success.
