Tiktok Posting Virtual Assistant for Four Accounts - Content Provided

We are seeking a highly reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and operate four company-owned, faceless TikTok accounts. This role is for a paid 15-day test period, with the potential for fulltime extended work. All content, including slideshows, captions, hashtags, calls to action (CTAs), profile details, and posting times, will be fully supplied. The VA will not be responsible for filming, editing, writing, strategy development, or growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Days 1-3: Create and configure four TikTok accounts. Complete approximately 15 minutes per account per day of manual niche familiarization and account checks.
- Days 4-5: Post one supplied slideshow per account per day, totaling four uploads daily.
- Days 6-9: Post two supplied slideshows per account per day, totaling eight uploads daily.
- Days 10-15: Post three supplied slideshows per account per day, totaling twelve uploads daily.
- Total: 112 uploads over the 15-day test, along with live-URL tracking and issue reporting.

Compensation:
- The pay rate for the 15-day test is $6 per hour, with an estimated commitment of 1-2 hours per day, for a maximum of 30 hours and $180 total for the test period. Performance will be reviewed after day 10.
- Successful operators who continue after the full pilot will transition to a rate of $8 per hour under a new schedule.

Requirements:
- A reliable, dedicated phone for TikTok operations.
- Stable internet and power supply.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Preferably, experience with phone-based VPN/proxy services.
- If located outside the US (including South America or Asia), you must exclusively use our approved managed US connection. This connection must be verified before posting, and all posting activities must cease immediately if the connection disconnects. Under no circumstances should a free or shared VPN be used, nor should account credentials be altered.
