Tiktok Shop Creator & Affiliate Marketing Specialist for Health Brand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TikTok Shop Creator and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. Our brand, TooCut Health, is a rapidly growing herbal wellness brand with over 20,000 units sold and current monthly revenues exceeding $70,000, achieved entirely through organic reach. We are now poised for significant expansion, aiming to scale to over $300,000 per month by leveraging TikTok Shop through creator-driven content and robust affiliate campaigns.

Our primary objective is to establish a self-sustaining, UGC-powered flywheel. This involves strategically partnering with the right creators to promote our flagship products, such as our Men's and Women's Amplifiers, thereby consistently generating new traffic, engaging content, and substantial revenue.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics, including affiliate campaign setup, creator outreach strategies, and performance tracking.
  Proven ability to identify and recruit TikTok creators whose content and audience align with our brand values (melanated, spiritual, Gen Z, plant-based).
  Fluency in current TikTok trends and creator culture, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
  Exceptional written communication skills for crafting clean, persuasive direct messages and maintaining professional follow-up with creators.
  Strong organizational skills to meticulously track all aspects of campaigns, including outreach efforts, unique affiliate links, performance metrics, and payout processing.
  Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic, requiring minimal supervision.

Bonus Qualifications:

  Prior experience working with wellness, supplement, or beauty brands.
  Familiarity and experience with the TikTok Creator Marketplace.
  Demonstrated success in managing User-Generated Content (UGC) or broader influencer marketing campaigns.
