Urgent Remote Real Estate Salesperson

As a Real Estate Follow-Up Specialist, your role is to engage and nurture warm leads—no cold calling required. Your primary responsibility is to establish rapport, qualify motivated sellers, and transfer them to our Closers. We provide all leads through our high-performing marketing channels.

This is not a real estate agent or Realtor position—no license is required. If you’re charismatic, proactive, and thrive on building relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong communication and people skills
✅ No prior sales experience required—we train you in our proven system
✅ Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow
✅ Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
✅ Able to work 8:30 am – 5:30 pm et, monday–friday

compensation & benefits

💰 base pay: $8/hour (40 hours per week)
💰 commission: 3% per closed deal (avg. Deal=$22,500; Avg. Commission per deal=$675)
🔥 Annual earnings: $40,000 - $60,000, with top performers earning $100,000+
🖥 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in Mexico
