We are seeking a highly organized and computer-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support for our residential real estate operations based in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and be proficient with common office software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and organizing various documents, including sorting, saving, extracting, and resizing files.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools for various tasks.
- Working with Adobe PDF documents.
- Potentially making outbound calls, so some sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Performing general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Adobe PDF.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is required.
- Experience in residential real estate or sales is a plus.
- Must be a quick learner and adaptable.
