Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Needed

Who we are:
Spectrum Investments is a real estate investment company that buys and sells properties in the South Florida market to local investors. We are currently in the beginning stages of business with plans to quickly expand in this market.

What will you be doing?
Workflow will be managed through a CRM site (Podio). VA will be responsible for the following

Tasks:
Send email blast to buyers (Using Mailchimp, Sendy)
Post in FB Groups and design ads
Send SMS Blasts
Respond to Emails/Texts/Calls
Post our new coming deals
Research for realtors using our platforms
Follow up with realtors on properties
Speak to potential clients over the phone (Incoming and outgoing calls)

Who we are looking for?
A bilingual who has the motivation, commitment, and skill-set to make the most of this opportunity. Somebody that has costumer service experience and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
