Virtual Assistant for Small Boutique motel

🏨 Virtual Assistant (Remote) – Hospitality + Go High Level | Evening Shift
We’re looking for a remote Virtual Assistant to support the growth of a boutique motel business. You’ll work directly with Alisha, the owner, to increase direct bookings, improve guest experiences, and help the business scale.

You must have hospitality experience, be proficient with Go High Level, and be available 4 pm–9 pm pacific, 6 days per week.

🔧 Responsibilities
Respond to guest messages via Eviivo, Airbnb, and email during 4–9 pm pst

coordinate with cleaners or maintenance when needed

use go high level to build automations for follow-up, email capture, and remarketing

help design and schedule social media content

run simple facebook/instagram ad campaigns to drive direct bookings

respond to guest reviews (google, airbnb)

report weekly metrics (occupancy, revenue, booking source)

you’ll earn performance bonuses for growing trackable direct bookings.
We’ll measure this through:

Coupon codes used in the booking system

Exclusive booking links tied to GHL automations or emails

Optional: UTM links and landing pages to track ad performance

✅ Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality, STRs, or boutique hotels

Go High Level power user: automations, email/SMS campaigns, pipeline tracking

Confident writing in English (guest-facing tone)

Familiar with Canva, ChatGPT, Meta Ads (or similar)

Reliable internet + a quiet environment during work hours

Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to own this role

Schedule: 4 PM – 9 PM Pacific Time (6 days/week)

Pay: Hourly (based on experience) + performance bonus

Type: Remote, part-time with potential to grow
