We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable virtual assistant to help us with customer support & customer interactions.

You should be fluent in Romanian & English!

Your main tasks will include:

- Managing inboxes and replying to client messages (English & Romanian)


- Keeping client relations updated and well-structured via chatting/ Calling


This is a long-term, remote position with flexible hours. You will receive clear instructions and support during onboarding. Strong communication skills, consistency, and discretion are very important.

Payment will be Salary based PLUS % based work, so the salary will start at 1000$ plus the % you earn.

We’re a remote team working in digital support and social media. We need someone to help us handle client chats and keep everything organized in Romanian. It’s a long-term role and we’re looking for someone reliable who wants to grow with us.
