We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to collect weekly probate and eviction case records from various Florida court and clerk websites. This is an ongoing, long-term hourly position.
Candidates must possess prior experience in locating public record data and be proficient in working with spreadsheets.
This role will focus on data collection from the following Florida counties:
Hillsborough
Pinellas
Manatee
Pasco
Sarasota
A weekly target for case counts will be provided, and performance will be assessed based on expected output relative to the typical time required for each county.
Your Weekly Tasks will include:
Visiting designated county clerk or court websites.
Searching for new probate and eviction filings.
Collecting all required data in a clean and organized spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel).
Ensuring the collected data matches our exact specified format.
Required Fields to Collect:
Case number
Filing date
Decedent or tenant name
Petitioner or landlord name
Property address
Mailing address (if available)
Petitioner’s relationship (if listed)
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience navigating Florida public court/clerk websites.
Comprehensive understanding of probate and eviction case types.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to meet weekly deadlines consistently.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
About the Job:
This position offers hourly compensation for recurring weekly work.
Clear weekly workload expectations will be provided, based on case volume.
