Sirena is the one and only WhatsApp CRM. We develop technology that simplifies sales communications. We help businesses communicate better with their customers in order to improve their sales.
We're seeking an accounts payable assistant.
Time required: 1-2 hours per day

Your Main Responsibilities:
--------------------------------
Control, record and upload to a file and to google drive all the invoices we receive from service providers.
Upload payments so the supervisor can execute them.
Classify every invoice and keep record of them in the right file.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
--------------------------------
Great Administrative experience
Accountancy skills (dont need to be an accountant but you MUST understand the basics)
Be extremely detail oriented (you will be dealing with our payments)
Be open, honest, assume your mistakes and be completely transparent
Enjoy working with people and always be open to improve.

Limited access to bank accounts.

IMPORTANT: If you don't include all of the above points, then we won't consider your quotation.
