Ai Chatbot System Improvement & Whatsapp Api Integration for E-commerce Booking

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to enhance our existing ai chatbot system for e-commerce booking management on our vogo platform. The current chatbot, specifically in Phase B, is experiencing issues with its ai response utilizing llm, leading to incorrect search results for products. This is our immediate priority.

Our system currently includes:
Phase A Features:
- Predefined Q&A navigation (parent_id system)
- Multilingual support (en, ro, it, fr, de)
- secure backend proxy
- beautiful ui design

phase b features:
- 6-step nlp routing (regex -> keywords -> nlp -> llm -> fallback)
- intent detection (7 intents with 23 rules)
- entity extraction (products, dates, search terms)
- multilingual nlp (trained on 5 languages: en, ro, it, fr, de)
- search integration (product search api)
- shopping list (add / show / delete / mark done + checkbox ui)
- agenda (add / show / delete / mark done + checkbox ui)
- confidence scoring (shows matching method)
- ai role routing (general -> groq, vip -> openai (jwt-based))
- markdone (shopping list & agenda items via checkbox)

in addition to resolving the current llm response issues, we require the development of phase c, which involves building a real-time consultation system for agents and integrating the whatsapp api. This will allow for seamless customer support and communication.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in AI chatbot development, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and WhatsApp API integration, preferably within e-commerce or similar booking platforms. Detailed documentation will be shared with the most suitable candidates.
