Ai Operations Generalist (Claude Cowork + Automation) for Marketing Agency

I run a marketing agency (Hello Hara) plus a few related ventures, and I'm looking for an AI operations generalist to work alongside me across operations, sales, and marketing. You'll work mostly in Claude (especially Claude Cowork), plus automation and other AI tools.

This is not a prompt-and-paste role. I need someone with real taste. You know AI needs direction, context, and examples to produce great work. You know when to re-prompt, when to fix it by hand, and when to throw it out. You have an eye for design and won't ship anything that looks or reads like generic AI output.

What you'll do:
- Build and run AI-assisted workflows for ops, sales (prospecting, research, outreach), and marketing (content, campaigns, reporting)
- Execute. Actually ship the work, not just suggest it
- Judge what's worth automating and what's faster and better done manually
- Stay ahead of what AI can do. Proactively find new functions, connectors, and tools I'm not using yet and bring me ideas
- Write clear prompts, templates, and reusable skills/SOPs so workflows stay consistent

You're a fit if you:
- Use Claude daily and know Cowork, connectors/MCPs, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar)
- Have a strong design and writing eye
- Are proactive, resourceful, and like owning outcomes
- Understand how sales and marketing actually make money
