We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter for Home Improvement Sales to join our team. The role involves calling inbound leads, qualifying potential customers within 90 seconds, and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, as well as strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify potential customers.
Follow a structured script to determine customer needs.
Schedule appointments for in-home sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM.
Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing.
Strong verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level preferred).
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Five9, LeadPerfection, or similar).
A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection.
Compensation:
