Position: Bilingual Appointment Setter (English & Spanish)

job description:

the job entails calling people that requested our offer by filling out a form online (warm calls), and asking them to book an appointment. The agent is responsible for calling those new leads promptly, warmly congratulating them for qualifying, and scheduling an appointment. Agent must:

Tasks:
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner when notified
- Follow Up with leads daily
- Schedule Appointments in calendar
- Keep CRM updated

Requirements:
- Be fluent in English and Spanish (speaking/reading/writing)
- Be highly organized
- Have good audio hardware (headset w/ microphone)
- Work in a quiet environment during U.S. Eastern Time Zone
- Be cheerful and assertive on the phone

Pay: $5/hour base plus commission.
