Are you the kind of person who takes pride in your voice, your presence, and your ability to connect with people? This might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

We’re hiring a full-time remote appointment setter to follow up with U.S. Business owners (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, etc.) Who join our free training and Facebook group. These leads are warm; they’ve already opted in. Your job is to welcome them, build trust, and book a strategy call with our advisor.

You’ll be calling, texting, and sending voice notes using tools we provide. No hard script. No fake energy. You’ll need to sound real, confident, and grounded, especially in the first few seconds of the call.

We’ll train you step-by-step, all we ask is that you show up consistently and are open to learning.

This is a long-term role with big growth potential. We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks and understands English clearly and confidently
- Can work 40+ hrs/week (U.S. Business hours)
- Is hungry, coachable, and wants to grow into a leadership role

Pay:
- $500–800 base during ramp-up (first 2–3 months)
- After ramp-up: performance-based (top setters earn $1000+ USD/month)
- Bonuses for hitting targets

Project overview

Our company, Blue Collar Battleground, trains U.S.-Based contractors and tradesmen how to generate their own leads, build their brand, and grow their business. Every day, new leads enter our ecosystem through a free training course. These are the people you’ll be setting. Our setters act like real humans and connect with people. You’ll receive full support, tools, and daily communication from our sales team. We’re based in the U.S. But operate remote. Our setters are expected to show up hungry, track their KPIs, and treat this like a career, not just a side hustle. There is serious room for growth in this role if you’re committed and consistent.
