Appointmer Setter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in our sales team by initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess potential clients.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
