- Cliente com dúvidas: entender o questionamento, coletar dados de contato e através de um sistema enviar mensagem automática referente a dúvida em questão
- Cliente com problema ou requer atendimento específico: entender o problema, criar um chamado direcionando ao setor responsável e orientar o cliente sobre o prazo
- Média de atendimento atual: Até 3 por dia

1) Por atendimento, ou
2) Por período (30 dias)
