We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to assist with an ATS research project. The task involves identifying the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by approximately 1,500 companies. The specific responsibilities include:
Search and Locate Career Sites: Use Google to find the career site for each company on the list (would be provided by the client once work is accepted).
Job Page Navigation: Click on a job listing within the career site and proceed to the application page.
Identify ats in url: check if the ats name (from a provided reference list) appears in the application page url and record it in excel.
View Source Page: If the ats name is not found in the url, right-click to view the page source and search for the ats name (e.g., "Phenompeople" in the code).
Deliverable: A completed Excel sheet with the company name and corresponding ATS (if identified). - 1500 companies.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in internet research.
Basic understanding of website navigation and HTML source pages.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Excel for data entry.
