Automotive Parts Support

This is a freelance contract, remote Automotive Parts Support role. The Automotive Parts Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely support to clients in the automotive industry, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to automotive parts. As part of your responsibilities, you will be in communication with car dealers to ensure services are delivered promptly.

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service or support role preferably in the automotive industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially listening, verbal, and written skills in English.
Fluency in either Italian or French.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
