We are seeking dedicated Client Managers to provide essential support for our American clients visiting São Paulo. This role involves offering basic conversational translation services and comprehensive guide services, with a strong focus on ensuring client comfort, managing logistics, and facilitating basic communication. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted local guide, possessing strong interpersonal skills to make each client's experience smooth, reassuring, and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Provide conversational translation for everyday interactions, helping clients understand directions, procedures, and general conversations with local staff, particularly during non-surgical clinic visits.
*  Assist with logistics, including airport meets and transfers, ensuring timely and comfortable transitions.
*  Offer guidance and support during clinic visits, bridging communication gaps with staff (e.g., Explaining simple medical instructions or locating facilities).
*  Proactively ensure client comfort and safety, anticipating needs and offering assistance such as providing water or snacks.
*  Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor, always prioritizing the client's well-being and making them feel cared for.

Required Skills and Qualities:

*  Conversational fluency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese is essential. The ability to handle everyday chit-chat, explain information clearly, and confidently ask/answer questions is paramount.
*  Excellent listening and rephrasing abilities to ensure accurate and empathetic communication.
*  High degree of empathy, patience, and calmness, especially when clients may be feeling nervous, tired, or self-conscious.
*  Strong customer service orientation, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
*  Exceptional reliability and punctuality.
*  Demonstrated cultural sensitivity.
*  Solid local knowledge of São Paulo to assist with navigation and recommendations.
*  Basic organization and time management skills.
*  Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools.
*  Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):

*  Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, concierge services, reception, or other customer-facing roles (e.g., Hotel, airline, events, language teaching).
