Bilingual Commercial Insurance Appointment Setter for California Businesses (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Commercial Insurance Appointment Setter to join our remote team. The primary responsibility will be to call California businesses, identify the business owner or insurance decision maker, and schedule appointments for our licensed insurance agents. This role requires making 160+ outbound calls per day, following established scripts while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and have conversational English skills. Key requirements include an excellent phone voice, proven cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, reliable internet access, a quiet home office environment, and comfort using CRM systems. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and coachable, ready to contribute to our sales efforts.
