Position Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and bilingual Spanish/English Customer Support & Property Management Coordinator to remotely oversee our Puerto Rico properties. You’ll be the key link between guests, property owners, and our local service providers — all managed remotely. This role demands excellent communication, a knack for finding cost-effective vendors, and the ability to enforce high standards without ever being on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Guest & Owner Communication
    •    Provide timely, professional, and friendly support in Spanish and English via phone, text, and email.
    •    Address guest issues promptly while protecting the company’s reputation and profitability.
    •    Remote Property Oversight
    •    Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and other services with trusted local vendors.
    •    Ensure properties are guest-ready at all times, using remote verification methods.
    •    Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation
    •    Find, vet, and contract reliable, affordable service providers in Puerto Rico.
    •    Negotiate competitive rates, clear scopes of work, and strict quality expectations.
    •    Maintain a database of go-to vendors for rapid deployment.
    •    Quality Control from Afar
    •    Require photo/video proof of all work completed.
    •    Track performance of contractors and replace underperformers quickly.
    •    Spot recurring issues and address them proactively.

Qualifications:
    •    Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
    •    Experience in property management, hospitality operations, or vendor coordination.
    •    Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to control costs without sacrificing quality.
    •    Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
    •    Comfortable using property management platforms, scheduling software, and remote communication tools.
    •    Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.

Preferred Experience:
    •    Familiarity with vacation rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com).
    •    Knowledge of Puerto Rico’s vendor and labor market (not required but a plus).
