Bilingual Enrollment Coordinator & Personal Assistant for Kids Martial Arts School

We are a kids martial arts and character development school in Houston, TX, seeking a dedicated full-time bilingual Enrollment Coordinator and Personal Assistant. This role is crucial for our growth and requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Primary Role - Enrollment (70%):
This role focuses heavily on lead management and conversion. Responsibilities include:
- Calling every new lead within 5 minutes of receipt.
- Consistently following up with warm leads to schedule trials or disqualify them.
- Engaging with cold database leads daily through power dialing.
- Rebooking no-show appointments within one hour.
- Meticulously maintaining the ghl crm, ensuring all calls are logged and lead stages are updated.
- Submitting daily morning reports to track progress.
- Working Houston hours, specifically 8am–7pm CST.

Secondary Role - Personal Assistant (30%):
This component supports the owner with various administrative and financial tasks:
- Managing and paying bills, along with general expense management.
- Overseeing the YNAB budget application.
- Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments on behalf of the owner.
- Performing miscellaneous personal administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Near-native proficiency in English and native fluency in Spanish are essential.
- Must possess a warm, confident, and persuasive demeanor on the phone.
- Requires reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet environment suitable for making calls.
- Full-time availability during Central Standard Time (CST) hours is mandatory.
