Bilingual Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Manager Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English)

Our growing real estate investment company, based in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a full-time bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and will play a crucial role in our lead generation and management efforts.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm mountain time (el paso, tx), totaling 40 hours per week.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $700-$750 USD per month, with performance bonuses available. An additional one-time bonus of $20 will be provided for willingness to learn our specific real estate systems and scripts.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Cold calling homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties.
- Qualifying motivated sellers using provided scripts and criteria.
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with all seller leads to nurture relationships.
- Handling inbound inquiries from potential buyers interested in owner-financed properties.
- Responding to rental inquiries and qualifying prospective tenants.
- Scheduling appointments for property showings and acquisition meetings.
- Diligently updating and managing all leads within our Gohighlevel (ghl) crm system.
- Keeping detailed notes for all interactions and ensuring all follow-up tasks are completed promptly.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Proven experience in cold calling, with real estate cold calling experience being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Gohighlevel (ghl) crm is a plus.
- A reliable internet connection and a high-quality headset are required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Performance Expectations:
- Generate 3-5 qualified appointments per week.
- Contribute to closing 1-2 deals per month.
- Ensure consistent and thorough follow-up with all assigned leads.
