Bilingual Real Estate Wholesaling Salesperson for Orlando Market

We are a Real Estate wholesaler specializing in facilitating property transactions for investors in the Orlando, Florida, USA area. We are seeking to hire a highly motivated bilingual Spanish/English salesperson to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate new real estate wholesaling deals. The ideal candidate will have some track record, yet more impotantly is to have a great interest in learning to become very succesful in real estate wholesaling and be capable of consistently making approximately 20 offers daily, with an expected outcome of 3 to 4 closed deals per month. This is an ongoing role focused on driving sales and expanding our investor network. We are looking for a professional who can effectively communicate with a diverse client base and has a basic understanding  wholesale real estate market dynamics.
