Responding promptly and professionally to all social media messages and inquiries. Coordinating effectively with our showing agents to streamline processes. Scheduling appointments efficiently. Communicating directly with landlords to ensure smooth and effective property management operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and ready to lead our social media and administrative efforts with confidence and enthusiasm. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement for this position to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and partners.
