We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Cold Caller to generate leads for our real estate business in the U.S. Market. The primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients (both English and Spanish speakers) to identify their real estate needs, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and persuasion skills in both languages, a strong understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Experience with CRM software and lead management is a plus. This is an ongoing hourly position focused on consistent lead generation and appointment setting.
