Virtual Assistant tasks:
Respond to clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
Provide excellent customer support and follow-up
Organize documents and keep track of tasks in our systems
Marketing & Social Media tasks:
Create and design posts in Canva
Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, etc.)
Schedule and publish posts
Respond to client messages and comments on social media
Assist with simple video edits and content posting
Support with basic paid ad campaigns if needed
We value excellent communication, organization, and creativity.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus, but not required)
Strong written communication skills
Experience in customer service and social media management
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
Workload: ~40 hours per week
Pay range: $6–$9 USD/hour, depending on experience
