About this project


Provide day to day ongoing support and data entry into Propertyware (back office property management system) and QuickBooks Online. Managing both owner and tenant ledgers (rents, fees, invoices, expenses) and collecting material receipts and labor information for various maintenance projects, property turnovers between tenants, and remodel projects. This involves keeping all expenses and income organized and associated with appropriate client portfolios, properties, tenants, and individual work orders.

This is an ongoing project involving bookkeeping, accounting, data-entry, and administrative support. The position is highly detail oriented and time sensitive at certain times during the client life cycle. The ideal candidate would have bookkeeping, real estate and/or property management basic knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and self motivated.
