We are currently hiring a Cold Calling / Appointment Setter for one of our real estate clients. This is a remote position that requires someone who is confident, persuasive, and highly organized. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Call property owners (sellers) to qualify them based on set criteria
Set up at least 5 qualified appointments per week
Follow a provided script and handle objections professionally
Update lead information accurately in the CRM
Report results daily to the team
Job Requirements
Fluent English (B2 or C1 level)
Previous experience in cold calling
Real estate experience (optional but a plus)
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and CRMs
Bilingual: must speak both English and Spanish
Willingness to work in a virtual office environment with camera on during work hours (more details will be provided)
