Collation of 500 email contacts from the internet - Procura-se Freelancer

I basically need somebody to collate 500 email contacts for me.
They need to be contacts from UK Construction companies / Building firms.
I need the name of the company, a link to the website, the name of the contact and their position and their email address.

Example:

ABC Limited
www.abclimited.net
Mr Joe Bloggs (Managing director / owner)
joe.bloggs@abclimited.org

I need this in 2 weeks.
Will pay $25.
