SeaRoRoAir LLC, a U.S.-Based international freight forwarding company, is seeking highly motivated, commission-based Cold Callers to join our expanding sales team. We specialize in global shipping solutions including ocean freight, air freight, vehicle shipping, heavy machinery transport, and household goods shipping worldwide, serving destinations across Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe from the United States. This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for individuals who are driven, persistent, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to identify potential clients and generate qualified shipping leads.
* Proactively contact transport companies, exporters, and importers to present our services.
* Follow up on generated leads via phone and email to nurture interest.
* Maintain accurate daily activity reports to track progress and outcomes.
* Schedule meetings and gather essential shipment details from prospective clients.

* Moving companies
* Auto transporters
* Heavy equipment transporters
* Importers and exporters
Requirements:
* Strong English communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
* Confidence and professionalism when speaking on the phone.
* Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude.
* Self-motivated and disciplined with a focus on achieving sales targets.
* Reliable internet connection is required for remote work.
* Previous sales or cold-calling experience is preferred.
Language Advantage: Fluency in Spanish or French is a strong advantage, and multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours are preferred.
