The job would be to contact customers who have placed an order with cash on delivery before the order is shipped to confirm that the customer data is correct and offer any extra product with an offer on the call. In addition, he would also ensure that the package is delivered correctly, calling customers whose shipments have some kind of incident or for some reason have not been delivered correctly, to reach a solution, which would have to be communicated to the shipping agency via email. This is a job that would have to be done on a daily basis.
The clients are Portuguese, so we need someone who speaks Portuguese well.
