For our boutique tour company in Spain, we are looking for a dedicated and very customer-orientated person with an eye for details for the following tasks:

Duties:
- Ask guides about their feedback after each tour
- Send post-tour emails to customers
- Sort out, edit and save photos
- Check Social media profiles for messages from customers
- Schedule on buffer and business suite the content provided by the social media team (occasionally)
- Block out tour dates or open the dates on our tour calendars when needed

Payment: 100 dollars/month. fixed payment! don't apply if your rate is higher.
7 days/week
Approx 1-2 hours/day
Time zone: flexible but more CET/Madrid time.

You will need to have Whatsapp and be responsive, have a basic photo editing tool and know Google Drive, Buffer and Facebook Business Suite

It is a simple task of sending emails to customers asking for 5-star reviews, sorting out photos and sometimes scheduling Social media contents that have been created on Buffer and Business suits
