We are looking for a customer support superstar to join our e-commerce jewelry brand! As a customer support representative, you'll be the go-to person for our customers who need help with their orders, have questions, or even just want to give feedback.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email or social media
- Managing comments on posts and performing basic customer support tasks
- Utilizing a Helpdesk software and following standard operating procedures and using templated replies for basic questions
- Being creative and resourceful when answering specific and complex questions
- Keeping track of customer interactions and updating customer information as needed
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills and perfect level of English
- Can communicate effectively with customers, maintaining a professional and friendly tone
- Is able to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to customer issues
- Has experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies, such as Helpdesk software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
