This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: managing incoming WhatsApp messages, responding to customer questions, confirming appointments, sending reminders, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Experience with virtual assistance and customer relationship management is a plus. Require to follow up with the customers and engage and fix recuring appoinments
