Implementar en web app service  de azure un aplicación  node.js desarrollada con react y la  creación del dominio personalizado

Ya hemos creado un repositorio en github y conectado el repositorio a un servicio de web app service a azure, mediante github y el deploy mediante las acciones de github, el build y el deploy se ejecutan de manera correcta, sin embargo al ingresar a la url http://<<nombre de mi aplicación>>.azurewebsites.net retorna un error 503 "The service is unavailable."
