Driver Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Logistics Driver Success Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing driver operations, ensuring driver success, and maintaining efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities


1. Manage and oversee driver operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance driver performance and satisfaction.
3. Provide training and support to drivers to improve their efficiency and customer service.
4. Monitor driver performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
5. Investigate and resolve any driver-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
9. Maintain accurate records of driver activities, incidents, and performance.
10. Develop relationships with drivers to promote a positive working environment and driver retention.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- English C1 or above


Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with delivery drivers or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of route optimization techniques and best practices.
