Icebreaker Agency is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to collaborate directly with the founders on agency growth initiatives. This role involves hands-on testing of new marketing hypotheses, experimenting across various go-to-market (GTM) channels, and identifying effective strategies. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Identify and engage with opportunities on various online platforms (e.g., Reddit), including outreach, responding to relevant discussions, and lead identification.
* Assist in testing new marketing hypotheses and GTM channels alongside the founders, providing reports on performance and effectiveness.
* Perform light copywriting tasks, including creating posts, drafting replies, composing short outreach messages, and editing content.
* Utilize AI tools and large language models to enhance efficiency in daily tasks and small projects.
* Provide support for diverse day-to-day marketing activities as needed.
