Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media.
Provide detailed product information, address issues, and propose solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
Marketing:
Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies.
Perform market research, analyze surveys, and prepare reports.
Develop promotional materials and contribute to marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our presence on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Regularly post engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and suggest strategies for improvement.

Project overview

General Context: Location: Remote, based in the UAE. Working Days: Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Hours: 8 hours per day, flexible but availability is required during core business hours. Contract Length: Ongoing project, renewable monthly. Experience Level: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, in Customer Service, or similar roles is preferred. Required Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, expertise in social media platforms, understanding of basic marketing principles, and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools. Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is advantageous.
