E-go Group is looking for vehicles dispatcher!

E-go Taiwan Car Rental and Travel Group is a company with the most complete vehicle fleet in Taiwan. In recent years, it has been committed to intelligent transportation, scheduling vehicle itineraries with excellent algorithms, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for experienced customer support representative/dispatcher who can work with us in the long-term. You will be working remotely, daytime or nighttime shifts are both required but you may schedule yourself.

Job Description
    Operate dispatching system to schedule and dispatch drivers with vehicles
    Monitor flight status, handle emergency situation by communicating with customers
    4 shifts: Early shift 8:30am-5:30pm / Afternoon shift: 12:00pm-9:00pm / Night shift 2:30pm-11:30pm / Midnight shift: 11:30pm-8:30am
    Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements
    Chinese, English competency  (Mainly Chinese, the system is in Chinese)
    Ability to remain calm and soothe customers when they are stressed or upset
    Certificate of clearance issued by the relevant government agency
    Savvy with computers and mobile devices
    Good people and communication skills
    A strong passion for travel
