The researcher will assess the Click & Collect fulfilment options of retailers (when you buy from an online retailer but don't have it delivered to your address, but to their store or a third party). The researcher will be provided with a retailer name, URL and region.

The questions will be:
Does the retailer offer Click&Collect (y/n)
From how many stores can you collect (number)
Can you collect from local post offices (y/n)
Select 3rd party locations (select from list)
Collection lockers (y/n)
Can you reserve and collect (y/n)
Next day collection (y/n)
Same day collection (y/n)
Standard cost (value) and currency (select from list)
Time to collect (hours)
