Support a Real Estate Technology startup business:
o Check leads in mailchimp
o Manage leads in CRM
o Support graphics design, editing as needed
o Assist in creating workflows and operational processes
Additional administrative support Including but not limited to:
● Manage executive calendar
● Email management
● Create and manage CRM system
● Using Monday.com to follow Client Operations Process - Client project tracking – managing schedule of client sessions, sending reminders/confirmations prior to sessions, sending follow up emails after sessions, send/track client invoices
● Sending out marketing materials – not authoring them but forwarding out pre-written materials
● Lite social media posting – linked in posts (not authoring but posting)
● Document file structure organization and storage
● Order supplies
● Light bookkeeping, invoice generation and receipt tracking
● Quick Books – track travel mileage
