Experienced Co-Listing Partner for Airbnb & Vrbo Rental Management

We are seeking a highly reliable and experienced co-listing partner to manage our short-term rental presence across Airbnb and Vrbo. This role is crucial for maintaining strong listing performance and ensuring seamless guest experiences while we focus on on-site operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both platforms and a proactive approach to property management.

Key responsibilities include:
Creating and updating listings: Regularly refresh property photos, adjust pricing strategies, update descriptions, and ensure house rules are current and clearly communicated.
Guest communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries, converting potential guests into confirmed bookings through excellent communication skills.
Booking and reservation management: Oversee the entire booking lifecycle, from initial confirmation to guest check-out. This includes synchronizing calendars, handling modification requests, and resolving basic guest issues efficiently.

The successful candidate will be granted host access to both Airbnb Host tools and the Vrbo Owner Dashboard. If you utilize a channel manager, we are open to integrating it for streamlined operations. Clear and consistent communication is paramount; we expect quick status updates and daily monitoring of inboxes to ensure full alignment on upcoming stays and guest needs.
