B2b cold caller / appointment setter - commercial cleaning

we are a growing commercial cleaning company providing recurring janitorial services throughout nj and ny. We are looking for an experienced B2B cold caller to generate qualified leads and appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to targeted businesses. Reach owners, managers and other decision-makers. Introduce our commercial cleaning services, qualify prospects, handle objections, book qualified appointments and maintain accurate notes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent spoken English and a confident, professional presence. Proven B2B cold calling experience. Strong objection handling skills. Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers. Persistent, motivated and results oriented. Able to have natural conversations instead of simply reading a script. Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment.

Experience with commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services or other B2b services is a plus.

argentina and latin america preferred, but excellent candidates elsewhere are welcome.

COMPENSATION:

Results-based opportunity with strong earning potential for qualified appointments and successful business. Details will be discussed with the right candidate.

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm est. Long-term opportunity.
