Cold Calling Expert — Real Estate Investing

I am looking for a confident, skilled sales closer who loves cold calling and is committed to mastering it every single day. You are organized, caring, and ready to join my real estate investing business on an ongoing basis. This is a long term opportunity for the right person.
About the Role: You will be calling residential property owners.  You will also be texting warm leads. The leads are primarily Estates and people facing preforeclosure — to identify potential sellers. These are real people in difficult situations. You must be a great listener, genuinely empathetic, and able to build trust quickly. While this is a relationship role, there are high expectations to produce real results. Deals matter and your performance will be measured.

Tools Provided: You will use my CallTools account for all calls and my SMS service for texting.

Hours: Monday through Friday 11am to 3pm EST Additional hours available for the right person.

Compensation:
$5 to $8 per hour based on skills and English fluency.
$250-$1000 Bonus per closed deal (depending on type of deal)

Responsibilities: Work through daily call lists using CallTools and SMS. Also make manual calls and send manual texts. Identify property owners and heirs. Gauge interest level. Maintain detailed call notes and follow up dates in Excel. Provide an end of day recap every day.
Requirements: Fluent conversational English with minimal to no accent. You must sound natural and approachable to American homeowners.
Strong cold calling experience in any industry is welcome. Real estate background is not required — what matters is that you know how to work a phone, handle objections, and close.

Strong Excel skills. Extremely organized with relentless follow up. Positive attitude and engaging personality. Ability to handle rejection daily and stay enthusiastic. Hard worker only — this role requires energy and commitment every single day.
You must be a true sales closer — confident, persuasive, and skilled at handling objections. You know how to keep someone on the line who is about to hang up. You love cold calling and are committed to mastering it every single day. You listen to sales podcasts, read books, and actively seek ways to get better. This is not just a job for you — it is a craft you are passionate about improving. You must have proven success doing this and be able to demonstrate it.
