We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with extensive knowledge of crypto and Web3 to oversee the social media presence for several digital media outlets. These outlets are primarily focused on Bitcoin, blockchain technology, and the broader crypto markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong written command of both English and Spanish, as accounts are managed in both languages.
Main responsibilities include:
* Managing X/Twitter and other relevant social media accounts.
* Creating and adapting engaging posts based on current crypto news and trends.
* Developing content focused on driving organic traffic without resorting to clickbait tactics.
* Actively interacting with key accounts and communities within the crypto space.
* Identifying emerging trends and interesting topics for content creation.
* Tracking and reporting on basic account growth and performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
* Solid and verifiable knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 concepts.
* Proven experience in Social Media Management, particularly on platforms like X/Twitter.
* Excellent written proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
* Strong content writing and summarization skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, consistently, and responsibly.
Experience with digital media operations, other Web3 projects, and platforms such as CoinMarketCap, LinkedIn, Reddit, or video content creation/management will be considered a significant advantage.
We are looking for a professional interested in a stable, long-term collaboration, with the potential to gradually take on the management of additional accounts.
