We are seeking an experienced digital marketing freelancer to set up, launch, and manage localized ad campaigns to significantly increase bookings for our barber services. The primary goal is to fill our weekly schedule with high-quality, local clients.
Our target audience is within a hyper-local radius around our shop in St. George, Utah, USA.
What You Will Be Managing:
We need an expert who can advise on or execute both paths, or recommend the best starting point based on our budget:
1. Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook): Visually driven campaigns targeting local men, focusing on premium grooming, haircuts, and beard trims.
2. Google Search Ads: Intent-driven ads targeting people searching for terms like "best barber near me", "barbershop", or "men's haircuts".
Key Responsibilities:
I also need my square booking and gloss booking to sync. I have been trying to do that though the Google calendar
* Campaign Setup & Structure: Build hyper-targeted local campaigns with precise radius targeting around our exact location.
* Audience Targeting: Define and refine local male demographics, interests, and high-intent search terms to reach the most relevant potential clients.
* Conversion Tracking: Implement and ensure accurate conversion tracking, routing ads directly to our booking platform and correctly tracking successful appointments.
* Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, efficiently manage the daily ad budget, and make necessary adjustments to bids and targeting to lower the cost-per-booking and maximize ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Proven track record running successful local service or brick-and-mortar ad campaigns. Experience with barbershops, salons, or local studios is a significant advantage.
* Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
* Ability to communicate clearly and provide regular performance updates.
* Possess a strong analytical mindset, focusing on key performance indicators such as cost-per-booking rather than just impressions or likes.
